of course I’ve taken a little more relaxation time since my LEED CI exam than I said I was going to; but I am a procrastinator. this is not justification it’s just me knowing how I am. after exam completion I was supposed to have actively started designing my book cover and new blog child theme, and I have been . . . kinda
I took some time to sleep, and to laugh and to really have a whole lot of fun; but this is coming to an end, the goofing off part. only a few moments ago I registered for the fall NCIDQ exam so soon I will be emerged in more studying and all that good stuff only this exam won’t give me results until January 2010 (that sounds like a really long time from now). still, it’s done, so I’m committed, as if buying the study material back in January (of this year) wasn’t enough.
what I can tell you is that I will be designing my book cover, I’m going to take a field trip in search of inspiration. I am also going to design my coolest child-theme yet for this blog, and dare I say it pull off the zenphoto integration too ;) this is a lot and it can be a little daunting especially with heavy books about building codes staring at me; but I love the design process and I’m going back to my roots to make this enjoyable. I’m pulling out my color pencils and designing the way I do best and then I’m going to make it happen on here. actually I think this is the best way to really get my creative juices flowing and my brain in full gear not to mention a heavy does of fulfillment so when it comes time to study I’ll have a receptive mind. my life coach would be proud :)
so stay tuned people and sorry about the delay but my CUZ was in town with her fam and my baby cousin too, Dr. Thomas :) so I was busy living my life, a life worth blogging about with pictures that will be posted. for now though it’s kinda late and I need some rest.
